Qualifications

• Fluent German

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to translate pre-sales plans into actionable objectives
• Guide customers on platform use, best practices, and adoption journey
• Liaise with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues
• Manage a portfolio of customers to improve adoption, retention and growth
• Provide onboarding activities and develop Customer Success Plans
