GitLab, the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, is hiring a Senior Customer Success Operations Manager. You will own CS operational cadences, reporting, and programs, partnering with CS leadership, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Sales to scale the CS function.

This all-remote role requires a sharp operator who translates ambiguous questions into clear problems and drives go-to-market improvements with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem solving.
• Bias toward execution and driving outcomes.
• Systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to pick up new domains and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the core operational cadences that support the CS organization, including pipeline and renewal reviews, customer health reporting, and book of business management.
• Translate ambiguous business questions from CS leadership into clear problem statements and drive them to resolution.
• Partner with Revenue Technology and Revenue Analytics to evolve systems, data, and reporting used by CS.
• Build cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Ops teams for go-to-market changes.
• Identify friction in processes and lead end-to-end improvement from diagnosis to rollout.
• Support CS leadership in planning cycles, including capacity modeling and territory planning.
• Contribute to broader Revenue Operations initiatives.
