Coalition is seeking a proactive Customer Success specialist to support brokers and policyholders across Germany and the broader European market. This full-time, remote-first role can be based anywhere in Germany and requires excellent German and English communication.

Responsibilities include answering inbound questions via chat/email/phone, educating customers on our quoting and cybersecurity platforms, coordinating with sales, security, insurance, and claims teams, and driving improvements to

Qualifications

1+ year in insurance customer support or related client-facing role.
Experience with German or European commercial insurance market (DACH).
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound questions via live chat, email, and occasionally phone
Partner with sales, security, insurance, and claims teams to ensure support
Educate customers on Coalition’s products, including quoting platform and cybersecurity platform
Act as first point of contact to route, coordinate, and resolve issues across internal teams
Support business development and underwriting by delivering high-quality customer experience
Work cross-functionally to identify recurring pain points and improve processes
Provide professional support in a regulated insurance environment across markets
