Qualifications

• Proficient in English (B2) and German (C1).
• Strong customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and technical support via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with installation/deployment for engineers.
• Escalate complex cases to Level 2 and maintain data privacy compliance.
