• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to support continuous improvement
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
• Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an asset
