Meister is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end journey for a portfolio of customers in the DACH region. You will build meaningful relationships, drive adoption, and orchestrate renewals with a team that values data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

You’ll leverage your German and English skills, apply agile mindset and strategic thinking, and collaborate across product, sales, and support to maximize customer outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer success within B2B SaaS.
• Industry knowledge of customer lifecycle and CSM best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken German with C2-level English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a portfolio of customers across the DACH region to build long-term relationships.
• Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and retention.
