• Proven SaaS Enablement or Customer Success Experience.
• Adoption & Retention Mindset: drive retention and expansion.
• Engaging Facilitator who can influence stakeholders.
• Commercial Awareness: link adoption to revenue.
• Strategic & Structured: diagnose training needs and design interventions.
• Collaborative Partner: work with Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable in a Scale-Up Environment: proactive in a fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to understand customer goals and translate them into training interventions.
• Lead outcome-driven sessions for champions, admins, and end users to build advocacy.
• Deliver workflow-based enablement by mapping Cognism to customer use cases and KPIs.
• Accelerate time-to-value by clarifying best practices and reinforcing behavioral change.
• Develop reusable training materials, recorded sessions, playbooks, and digital resources.
• Surface adoption blockers and feedback to Product, Sales, and Revenue teams.
