Job summary

Aunetic is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with our customers in the DACH region, guiding them from onboarding to renewal and growth. You will play a strategic role in ensuring measurable business value from our Audit Software solutions.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive adoption, manage health scores, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with Product, Consulting, and Sales to continuously improve our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and adoption for new and existing customers to ensure long-term value.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and act as trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.
• Develop and execute customer success plans to help customers achieve business objectives.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Monitor health, adoption, and outcomes to prevent churn.
• Collaborate with Product, Consulting and Sales to improve solutions.
