Sanity is hiring a German-speaking SDR to open conversations with teams building the next wave of content and AI products in the DACH region. You’ll own your pipeline from day one, qualify prospects, and help decide how conversations should go, all without a pre-scripted playbook.

You’ll translate product value for developers and executives in German and English, and you’ll use Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to run a clean, sharp operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in an SDR role or similar, with outbound prospecting.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Targets motivate you and you can talk to CTOs and CMOs.
• Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and seek feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline from day one and build real conversations.
• Qualify prospects and open conversations in the DACH region.
• Articulate product value to developers and executives in German and English.
• Provide feedback to marketing and help shape messaging.
