Job summary

SoSafe seeks an experienced SDR Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing outbound team in the DACH market. You will coach 8–10 SDRs, drive pipeline, and ensure strong day-to-day execution with a focus on mentorship and skill development.

You will champion AI-enabled sales workflows and work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to refine messaging and improve outcomes.
