Job summary

Vivid Money seeks a Founding SDR for the DACH market to build the outbound engine from the ground up, reporting to the Founding Account Executive. You will open doors with SMB decision-makers while mapping adjacent personas to expand ICP.

You will own top-of-funnel growth, design prospecting playbooks with leadership, and leverage AI-native tools to automate research and messaging. Hybrid/remote work available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound prospecting experience in B2B FinTech, SaaS, or financial services, preferably in the DACH market.
• Founding/Builder mindset: high agency, comfortable with ambiguity, and building processes from scratch.
• Language fluency: German and English at a professional level.
• Tech-savvy with AI-native prospecting tools to maximize outreach efficiency.
• Tenacious, resilient, and focused on raw pipeline creation and rapid testing.

Responsibilities

• Build the Outbound Engine: architect, build, test cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn for SMBs in Germany.
• Map & Test New Personas: explore outreach to holding structures, VC/PE portfolio leads, and service providers.
• Generate High-Volume Pipeline: source, qualify, and book high-intent discovery meetings.
• Design the Playbook: document best practices and templates with Sales Leadership for future SDRs.
• Leverage AI & Sales Infrastructure: select and optimize AI-native prospecting tools and workflows.
• Continuous Feedback Loop: use market feedback to refine positioning and GTM messaging.
