Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehab Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and create individualized treatment programs for adults and seniors. The therapist will supervise patients and rehab staff under the Rehab Therapy supervisor, adhering to Mercy policies and the Oklahoma Practice Act.

Qualified candidates hold a current Oklahoma PT license (or registry eligible) and BLS certification. Six months to one year of preferred rehab experience with geriatric care is noted, along

• Certifications: BLS certified (current).
• Education: BS/MS in Physical Therapy or DPT.

• Supervise patients and rehabilitation staff in accordance with Mercy policies and applicable practice acts.
