Job summary

Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients and rehab staff while ensuring care aligns with Mercy standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Oklahoma.
• Experience or exposure to adult and geriatric rehab.
• Current BLS certification required before independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adults and seniors.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehab technicians; supervise PT assistants as per Oklahoma statutes.
• Adhere to Mercy mission, values, standards, and care protocols.
