Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and create comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients and rehab technicians, with general supervision of PT assistants as per the Oklahoma Practice Act.

Required is an Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility) and BLS certification. The role prefers 6–12 months of rehab experience and comfort working with adult and geriatric

Qualifications

• Oklahoma license or registry eligible.
• Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.
• Prefer experience with adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
