Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and design individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients, rehab technicians, and PT assistants under Oklahoma regulations, aligning with Mercy’s mission and service standards.

The role emphasizes comprehensive care delivery, collaboration with the Rehab Therapy team, and adherence to BLS and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma PT license or registry eligibility.
• Current Oklahoma PT licensure required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervision to rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants as per the Oklahoma Practice Act.
• Adhere to Mercy mission, values, and service standards while delivering rehab care.
