Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist under the Rehab Therapy supervisor. You will perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients, supervise rehabilitation technicians, and coordinate with PT assistants in line with the Oklahoma Practice Act.

Requirements include a current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and a degree (BS/MS or DPT).

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license as Physical Therapist or registry eligible.
• BLS certification required.
• Six months to one year experience in Rehabilitation Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants as per state law.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy Service Standards and department policies.
