Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to provide objective assessments and individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatric patients. Under supervision, you will oversee rehab technicians and PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act, delivering care aligned with Mercy standards.

Preferred candidates hold an Oklahoma PT license with BLS current and have 6 months to 1 year of rehab experience in adult/geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist with Oklahoma license required or eligible for registry.
• BLS certification current before independent patient care.
• Six months to one year of rehab experience preferred for adult/geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individual treatment plans for adults and geriatrics.
• Direct supervision of rehab technicians and supervision of PT assistants as per Oklahoma Act.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
