Job summary

Mercy Health Center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and create individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Under supervision from the Rehab Therapy supervisor, you will supervise patients and rehab staff, aligning care with Mercy standards and state practice acts.

Current Oklahoma PT licensure and BLS certification are required, with registry eligibility and 6–12 months of preferred rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma physical therapy license.
• BLS certification required; certifications must be current to treat patients independently.
• Registry eligibility acceptable; six months to one year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
