Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients directly and rehabilitation staff, ensuring care aligns with Mercy Service Standards.

Requirements include a current Oklahoma PT license and BLS certification; 6 months to 1 year of rehab experience is preferred, with a focus on adult and geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred.
• Current certifications must be current before caring for patients independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adults and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act.
