Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess and treat adult and geriatric patients at Mercy Health Center. Under supervision, you will develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires current Oklahoma licensure or eligibility, a DPT/PT degree, and BLS certification. Prior experience with geriatric care is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth within a compassionate, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification must be current before care independence.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act and Mercy policies.
