Job summary

Mercy Health Center Rehab Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients and rehabilitation staff, ensuring adherence to Mercy standards and care protocols.

Preferred candidates hold BLS certification and an Oklahoma PT license, with experience in rehab settings and a commitment to compassionate, collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Education: Current Oklahoma license to practice Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Licensure: Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license.
• Certification: BLS certified and current.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervision to rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants as per policy.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy mission, values and service standards.
