Qualificações

• APRN/PA license required.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• 3 years in clinical nursing or rehab in geriatrics.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents' medical and mental health needs and create a plan of care.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal agencies related to clinical services you provide.
• Prescribe medications and order lab work, diagnostic procedures and consultations.
• Monitor patients’ compliance and response to their treatment and modify plans accordingly.
• Work with RN case managers as part of an integrated care team.
