This role focuses on leading the Power Generation Geotechnical Engineering Group, building client relationships, staff management, and delivering geotechnical engineering expertise across multi-discipline projects. The ideal candidate will perform planning, design, and geotechnical services for Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and Manufacturing clients, while

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license with reciprocity in multiple states.
• 12+ years of experience in civil/geotechnical engineering.
• Experience leading projects, staff, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and Manufacturing clients.
• Lead business development pursuits, and develop statements of qualifications, scopes, schedules, budgets, and fees.
• Provide design, management, and technical direction for geotechnical components on multi-discipline projects.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the geotechnical group.
• Lead teams to successfully execute assigned projects and manage cost/billings.
