The role focuses on developing client relationships, leading staff, and applying civil and geotechnical engineering expertise across multi-discipline projects. The candidate will plan, design, and manage geotechnical services for Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and Manufacturing clients, advancing projects and

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering required.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required; reciprocity in multiple states.
Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering fields.

Responsibilities

Develop client and business relationships within Power Generation and geotechnical groups.
Lead business development pursuits, prepare statements of qualifications, scopes, schedules and fees.
Provide design, management and technical direction for geotechnical components on multi-discipline projects.
Mentor and lead geotechnical staff; oversee project budgets, schedules and quality.
