You will develop client relationships, oversee staff, and provide geotechnical expertise across multi-discipline projects for Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and Manufacturing clients. Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or reciprocity in multiple states.
• 12+ years of civil/geotechnical engineering experience.
• Strong leadership, client relations, and BD skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and Manufacturing clients.
• Lead business development pursuits and craft project scopes, schedules, and fees.
• Provide design, management, and technical direction for geotechnical components.
• Mentor and lead geotechnical staff and project teams.
• Ensure project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability.
