Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience in civil/geotechnical fields.
• P.E. license required or reciprocity across states.
• Experience leading business development and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and Manufacturing clients and internal clients within GAI’s Sectors.
• Lead BD pursuits, develop statements of qualifications, scopes, schedules, budgets and fees.
• Develop understanding of and market GAI services.
• Provide design, management, and technical direction for geotechnical components on projects.
• Mentor staff and lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
