Qualifications

12+ years of geotechnical and civil engineering experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Proven experience managing projects, clients, and project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead geotechnical and civil engineering projects across energy, industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure markets.
Develop and strengthen relationships with clients across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Drive business development efforts, proposals, scopes, budgets, and project pursuits.
Manage project financial performance, schedules, quality, and delivery.
Provide technical oversight for geotechnical investigations, analyses, and design.
Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
