• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients across the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Drive business development efforts, proposals, scopes, budgets, and project pursuits.

• Provide technical oversight for geotechnical investigations, analyses, and design.

Looking for the opportunity to lead, grow a team, and shape major infrastructure and energy projects across the Mid-Atlantic?

We are seeking a Head of Geotechnical Divisionto play a key role in expanding its geotechnical practice within the power, industrial, manufacturing, and institutional sectors.

This is a true seller-doer leadership position, combining technical delivery, business development, client management, and team leadership. You'll have the autonomy to develop client relationships, win work, mentor engineers, and oversee complex projects from planning through construction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead geotechnical and civil engineering projects across energy, industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure markets.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients across the Mid-Atlantic region.
