• Willingness to learn GAI-specific project management procedures.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

• Lead geotechnical projects and staff within the Power Generation Group.
• Function as seller/doer and identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, and fees with PM Coach and senior PMs.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Support contract negotiations and client communications.
