Courier Connection in the United States seeks a growth-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our outside sales team in a hunter role, covering the state of Georgia.

This position emphasizes prospecting, closing contracts, and building lasting client relationships while collaborating with operations and customer service. A proven track record in logistics sales and an existing book of business are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Proven inside and outside sales experience in logistics, transportation, or courier services.
• Strong selling, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by prospecting and qualifying leads to meet monthly sales targets.
• Close deals and manage the end-to-end sales process from presentation to contract.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and expand the existing book of business.
• Deliver in-person and virtual sales presentations to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate weekly productivity and pipeline reports in CRM.
