Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Genius Bar technician to assist customers with hardware and software issues in Augusta, GA. You will diagnose repairs, educate customers on solutions, and recommend products and services while upholding Apple’s inclusive culture.

This role requires flexibility to work retail hours, prior retail or sales experience, and strong hands-on repair skills with Apple devices.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Possess the visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding needs and offering product/service recommendations.
• Share knowledge with the team and mentor peers; participate in feedback loops for improvements.
• Support leadership with timely resolution to customer escalations and assist with store activities.
