HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing and coordinate care across partner sites. You will educate patients, collect specimens, and ensure a positive, efficient patient experience in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with venipuncture proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical settings (front or back office).
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if travel is required).

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing.
• Provide education on testing, procedures, and next steps.
• Serve as primary patient contact and ensure supportive experience.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and workflow across partner sites.
