Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics seeks a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing at our Paradise Valley, AZ site. This full-time, in-person role supports education, coordination, specimen collection, and a high-quality patient experience from first contact to follow-up.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process from start to finish.
• Provide clear, compassionate education on testing, procedures, and next steps.
• Serve as the primary patient contact to ensure a supportive and informed experience.
• Conduct structured patient consultations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for genetic testing.
