Job summary

HALO Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator to support patients undergoing hereditary cancer genetic testing. This role involves patient education, care coordination, and phlebotomy support. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and a national phlebotomy certification.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $23.00 – $34.00 hourly, a weekday schedule with no weekend requirements, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and stock options.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front office or back office).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process.
• Build relationships with partner site staff and providers.
• Own patient cases and workflow coordination.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens.
