Job summary
HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) in Boulder, CO to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing. You will educate patients, coordinate care, collect specimens, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a compassionate, high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications
- Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front office or back office).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide patients through education, scheduling, specimen collection and follow-up.
- Coordinate care with partner sites and clinical teams.
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for genetic testing.
- Ensure accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and data integrity.
