Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, provide education, and coordinate phlebotomy and specimen collection. You will work closely with clinicians and partner sites to ensure a compassionate, efficient patient journey and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• 2+ years of clinical experience (front or back office) across outpatient settings.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient navigation and education through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for genetic testing.
• Coordinate scheduling, communications with patients and partner clinics, and follow-up on test progress.
• Ensure proper documentation in EMR/EHR and HIPAA compliance.
