Job summary

Vitrolife Group is seeking a Genetic Services Account Manager in Chicago to drive sales across IVF clinics within IL, WI, IN, OH, and surrounding states. You will cultivate key accounts, present clinical value, and manage the sales funnel to achieve quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of documented hospital/clinically focused sales experience.
• Women’s Health or IVF patient/fertility sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel 70%+ within territory.
• Ability to analyze sales trends and identify new opportunities.
• Proven ability to grow sales in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand key account relationships through visits, product demos, education, and in-services.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives within existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with Key Account Manager and medical affairs partners.
• Identify sales processes to grow genetic testing services across customers.
• Support workshops/congresses and manage Salesforce funnel to hit quarterly goals.
• Deliver high-level presentations to various customer groups.
• Conduct IVF clinic calls to communicate product benefits and value propositions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales activity reports for Regional Manager.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategy to meet business goals.
• Maintain ongoing training on products and IVF applications.
