Job summary

Fulgent Genetics is seeking a Genomics Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with base accounts and healthcare providers across reproductive health, oncology, and rare disease. You will drive sales, coach teams, and support product adoption through clinical education and superior service.

The role emphasizes field-based customer engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve targets and improve patient access to cutting-edge genetic testing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field required.
• Preference for MS or PhD or clinical background in genetics-related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships within assigned base accounts and with healthcare providers.
• Execute client retention and penetration strategies to maximize use of Fulgent resources.
• Monitor territory performance vs. targets using daily quota tools.
• Develop territory-based business plans to meet or exceed sales goals for genetic testing products and services.
• Provide feedback and forecast retention strategies using CRM data and reporting systems.
• Create sales content and deliver product presentations and clinical education to customers.
• Identify market opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Client Services to improve customer experience.
