Job summary

Vitrolife Group is seeking a Genetic Services Account Manager for our North American Sales Team in Chicago, covering IL and nearby states. You will cultivate key IVF and genetic-testing accounts, deliver product demonstrations, and drive growth across the territory.

The role requires 3–5 years of hospital/clinical sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel 70%+. You will collaborate with medical affairs and manage the Salesforce funnel to hit quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in hospital/clinically focused environment.
• Women’s Health or IVF customer relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate key account relationships through visits, product demos, education, in-services, observation, and problem resolution.
• Meet sales objectives by increasing sales within existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with Key Account Manager and medical affairs partners.
• Identify sales process to grow Genetic Testing and Services across customers.
• Plan and execute sales activities to achieve territory goals; manage sales funnel in Salesforce.
• Make high-level presentations to customer groups and present Vitrolife Group products to IVF clinics.
