Norm Reeves Genesis Irvine is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to represent a world-class luxury brand. You will build relationships, conduct immersive test drives, and guide clients through the purchase journey, including financing and delivery, while delivering a premium experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Automotive Sales experience in a dealership environment.
• A professional, polished, and customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid sales license or the ability to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Guide clients seamlessly through the purchase journey, including vehicle selection, financing options, and delivery.

• Stay informed on Genesis products, luxury market trends, and competitor offerings to position the brand with confidence and sophistication.
• Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
