Job summary

The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships) in Irvine, CA is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join our luxury automotive team at Genesis Irvine. You will build meaningful client relationships while delivering exceptional luxury experiences that highlight Genesis vehicles.

With a focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, your role will also involve guiding clients through their purchase journey. This full-time position offers uncapped commission and the potential to earn up to $150,000 based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience in a dealership environment.
• Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to obtain a valid sales license if not already held.

Core Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and automotive needs.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience by showcasing the craftsmanship, innovation, and performance of Genesis vehicles.
• Conduct immersive test drives and tailored vehicle demonstrations that highlight the premium features and refined driving experience Genesis is known for.
• Guide clients seamlessly through the purchase journey, including vehicle selection, financing options, and delivery.
• Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to exceed goals while maintaining a first-class customer experience.
• Stay informed on Genesis products, luxury market trends, and competitor offerings to position the brand with confidence and sophistication.
• Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ years of Automotive Sales experience in a dealership environment
• A professional, polished, and customer-focused approach
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid sales license or the ability to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
