• 1+ years of automotive sales experience in a dealership environment.
• A professional, polished, and customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Valid sales license or the ability to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and automotive needs.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience by showcasing the craftsmanship, innovation, and performance of Genesis vehicles.
• Conduct immersive test drives and tailored vehicle demonstrations that highlight the premium features.
• Guide clients through the purchase journey, including vehicle selection, financing options, and delivery.
• Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to exceed goals while maintaining a first-class customer experience.
• Stay informed on Genesis products, luxury market trends, and competitor offerings to position the brand with confidence and sophistication.
• Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
