Job summary

ACF Industrial Energy seeks a Service Coordinator to manage service work orders for the Generator Department. The role involves daily scheduling of technicians, handling service calls, and coordinating with the parts team to ensure parts are on hand, plus preparing quotes for projects and tracking WIP.

You will also monitor daily invoicing and assist with maintenance agreements while providing strong communication with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–3 years of customer service and/or logistics experience.
• Industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service technicians daily in an efficient manner.
• Respond to incoming service related calls and assist external customers.
• Prepare quotations for service projects and follow up weekly.
• Monitor invoicing and WIP report daily.
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure parts availability.
• Schedule periodic maintenance agreements and input service data.
• May support other departments during vacations and assist with warehouse tasks.
