JOB SUMMARY

The Service Coordinator is responsible for thecoordination of service work orders for the GeneratorDepartment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• ? Schedule servicetechnicians daily in an efficient manner
• ? Respond to incomingservice related calls.
• ? Assist external customers with theirservice needs
• ? Prepare quotations of all service relatedprojects and follow up on a weekly basis. Projects include emergencycalls, scheduled service calls, and preventative maintenanceagreements.
• ? Monitor all daily invoicing and work in progress(WIP) report on a daily basis
• ? Work closely with the partsdepartment to make sure all parts are on hand for the technicians’service jobs
• ? Monitor and schedule all periodic maintenanceagreements
• ? Input service data in business operatingsystems

ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• ? May be required tosupport the other departments during special circumstances such asvacation coverage
• ? Assist parts dept by maintaining organizationof parts and workflow in Jacksonville shop
• ? Assist with otherparts dept duties, including but not limited to, warehouse tasks suchas forklift operation, cleanliness of warehouse, putting away stockorders, loading and unloading truck shipments, & preparingshipment of parts via UPS

Experience and Skills

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (including physical and workenvironment)

• ? Computer literacy is required, including a workingknowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word,Excel)
• ? Working knowledge of a Windows based business system orFieldServio is preferred
