• Respond to incoming service related calls and assist external customers with their service needs.
• Prepare quotations for service related projects and follow up weekly on progress.
• Monitor invoicing and WIP reports; coordinate with parts department to ensure parts on hand.
• Input service data in business operating systems; support other departments during peak periods.
