• Drive local market strategy and tactical initiatives to improve profitability and customer experience.
• Oversee safety programs and regulatory compliance; ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Build strong internal teams and external relationships with customers, vendors and municipalities.
• Travel up to 30% as needed to support multiple sites and business lines.
