Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for recycling and post-collections operations and manage operations staff.
• Develop and execute plans aligned to the unit's strategy and budget.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and incident prevention programs.
• Monitor and maintain recycling contracts and permits.
• Coordinate production of commodities with inbound volume and market conditions.
• Develop sales strategies to market commodities locally or nationally.
• Approve expenses and manage department budget and vendor pricing.
• Build a best-in-class team and strong relationships with government and community groups.
