Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of operations leadership experience in environmental services or logistics.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L familiarity.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
