Aman Group's Amangani in Jackson Hole seeks an exceptional General Manager to lead the re-opening and ongoing operations of its ultra-luxury resort. You will bridge project leadership during development with hands-on property management to uphold Aman’s quiet luxury and extraordinary guest care.

Reporting to the Managing Director Americas, you will shape the service culture, drive performance, manage budgets, and engage with UHNW owners. A demanding, rewarding environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex pre-openings.
• Operational background in ultra-luxury hotels.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and P&L.
• Crisis management and composure under pressure.
• Excellent communication with UHNW individuals and ownership groups.
• Charismatic ambassador upholding Aman standards and service philosophy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality; Master’s degree advantageous.
• English proficiency mandatory; other languages a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Phase I: Pre-Opening & Development—Project & Technical Coordination with Design and Ops teams.
• Review architectural plans and layouts to ensure operational efficiency and brand standards.
• Own the pre-opening critical path and monitor milestones, IT/AV and security.
• Phase II: Hotel Operations & Culture—Define long-term strategy and guest experience.
• Drive revenue through pricing, inventory management and F&B/Welness experiences.
• Manage P&L and relationships with owners and local government partners.
