Job summary

Aman Group is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage for the Amangani properties in Jackson Hole. The role leads luxury dining across outlets, events, and in-room dining, shaping guest journeys and driving revenue while upholding Aman standards.

The ideal candidate brings senior F&B leadership in luxury settings, strong financial skills, and a proven ability to mentor high-performing teams in a demanding resort environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field, or equivalent luxury leadership experience.
• 5+ years executive-level Food & Beverage leadership in a luxury resort environment.
• 3+ years as Director of Food & Beverage in luxury hotel/resort; mountain resort experience preferred.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and P&L experience.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States and compliance with relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Food & Beverage division across restaurants, in-room dining, bars, events and outlets.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet operational and guest satisfaction goals.
• Partner with Executive Chef to refine menus, beverage programs and promotions reflecting Aman standards.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPI tracking with corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure HACCP, safety, and brand standards compliance; audit program maintenance.
